Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors of the Four Seasons website (the “Site”), the homepage of which is at www.myfourseasonslawncare.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Site Use Terms. Four Seasons Lawn Care reserves the right to modify these Site Use Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Four Seasons Lawn Care reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. In addition, Four Seasons Lawn Care reserves the right to block or deny access to the Site to anyone at any time for any reason. Four Seasons Lawn Care may terminate, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time and without notice or liability.

The Site and all it materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photography, images, video, and audio (collectively, “Materials”) are protected by copyright laws and other United States and international laws and treaties. All Materials are provided as a service to our current and prospective Site users and customers and the materials may be used only for your non-commercial purposes and only if you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring right, title or interest in Materials. All trademarks, trade names, brand names, logos and images, service marks and trade dress displayed on the Site (collectively, “Marks”) are the property of Four Seasons Lawn Care or other third parties. Four Seasons Lawn Care and its affiliated companies retain all rights regarding their Marks. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license to the use of such Marks. You are not permitted to use any Marks included on the Site without the prior written consent of Four Seasons Lawn Care or other third party that own the Marks.

 

Special Notice

The use of the Site address, Four Seasons Lawn Care trademarks or names in metatag keywords is trademark infringement, and the use of trademarks or names in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher ranking from search engines is unfair competition. Framing, inline linking or other means of association of the Site or its Materials with any other site, advertisement, link or other information or materials not originating from the Site is expressly prohibited.
